Hi Friends! I’m excited to share a parody video that I created in conjunction with a piece for Psychology Today, “Leading People and Leading Work Are Two Different Jobs.”

The number of responsibilities hoisted on modern team leaders is absurd. In thinking about their plight, I had a funny idea and wrote these lyrics.
